Why use Your Horizon?
Your Horizon came from my own career journey to date. I feel that the training, mentoring and coaching I have received once I progressed into a managerial role proved to be invaluable, leading me to consider what impact this advice, guidance and challenge, would have had on me had I been able to access it when I was at university, or during my first few years into my career.
Your Horizon brings together advice and guidance from experienced executives, a coaching programme, one off bespoke coaching discussions, alongside information, hints and tips on your career development. Everything is based around the things graduates wish they’d known when searching for their first job role or progressing into employment, as well as the things executives wish graduates knew!
Hearing what executives in your field look for in terms of knowledge, skills and behaviours, should assist you in developing a strong skill set which ensures you achieve your own goals.
I hope the service helps you on your career path and you enjoy it as much as we have enjoyed developing it.
All the best,
Jonathan.
